GREAT WOMEN (Yperoxes Gynaikes)
Yperoxes Gynaikes is the first Greek online women's community. The mission of our organization is to create a community that supports, educates, empowers and motivates Greek women to participate, create and develop projects and ventures that have a positive impact in the societies and communities they live in. Additionally, we provide services to organizations and corporations that want to adjust and invest in Corporate Social Responsibility strategies in their business operations and increase their positive impact to society.

GREEK INTERNATIONAL WOMEN AWARDS (GIWA)
GIWA is the biggest celebration of the Greek professional woman who excels in the world. Her Excellency, the President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou gave the opening address. 169 Greek women from 13 countries around the world shared their story, 98 Greek women got shortlisted and presented at the ceremony. The applications of the participants have gone through the process of supervision and validation by Ernst & Young.Greece (EY), they have been rated by the GIWA judges and have been voted by the public. The 12 winners who stood out for the judges and the audience were announced and awarded. Maria Nefeli Chatziioannidou was one of the twelve winners and the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Maria Syregela, awarded her for the category Social Responsibility.

"To Philosopheio" is a fresh respond to the existing old-fashion, university cafeterias that exist in Greek Universities. It is a university cafeteria inside the Philosophy Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a vision to create a place that respects the university students and staff, by providing a modern environment and a quality break for everyone. Breaking all the stereotypes of the typical Greek university cafeteria, 9 months after its launch, “To Philosopheio” opened its second location.

Delivered a program in collaboration with "ΣΥΝενεργώ" that aims to ensure that older people who have already retired will continue to organize their daily routine with a specific program, have opportunities to make available their energy, participate in actions and programs where they can offer and utilize their professional skills and use appropriate frameworks that offer them opportunities to continue their education, with a gateway to lifelong learning

Code it Like a Girl
Code it Like a Girl was a non profit organisation that organised workshops and seminars to teach girls and women in Greece how to code in order to provide them with the hard skills to lead innovation and change the world by reducing the gender gap in the field of technology. In the 3 years of operation, CLG collaborated with Microsoft, RedBull, Angelopoulos & Clinton Foundation, Athens Tech Festival and partnered with more than 72 women in STEM for the implementation of its activities.

As an account manager I acted as a link between the clients and the agency. I was responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns (mostly online campaigns) and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. I manage the administrative and campaign work and I ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.
